New Prices Caused Problems in the Sector

Real estate agents, stating that the price increases experienced are bubble prices, state that the prices of lands close to newly planned projects have reached astronomical figures, and that the real estate market is expecting difficult days with these new prices. When sales figures are examined, the correctness of real estate agents is revealed, while sales in the same period last year were much higher, and sales in the same month this year remained very low. High prices are also seen as the most important reason for the decrease in demand.
