How Does the Internet Work?

The point reached by today's technology is truly remarkable. As new systems emerge, internet arrangements also change. So, let's start by answering the question, "How do these systems work?" To get information on this subject and ask your questions, you can look at the relevant online companies on the internet pages and examine them in detail from here.

Network Working Principle

First, we can examine it under two main headings: wired and wireless. The working principle of wired networks, our first system, is based on simple foundations. The company from which you purchase the system must have a wired network infrastructure. You can use your network via cables in your neighborhood, workplaces, and public areas. The network transmission is provided by fiber optic cables laid underground or by classic cables connected to electricity poles. Cables alone are not enough to establish a network connection. We also need routers, which means "Yönlendirici" in Turkish. Connections to wired networks are established with such routers. To connect to the networks from your computers, smartphones, or tablets, you need a station connected to the same cable network. These stations act as distributors.

Server Working Principle

These types of stations work with servers. Servers provide services to other systems and work directly connected to networks. There are server types such as data servers and web servers. All servers have unchanging network protocols, also known as static IP addresses. Each system has its own IP address. These IP addresses can be considered as the identities of the systems. To establish a connection with networks, the IP addresses of the systems providing network services are accessed. After accessing the IP addresses of these service-providing systems, the servers, the connection is made from a common address. Thus, you can use the internet as you wish. In wireless network connections, the situation is more practical. Without any cable connection, you can access your network using the common IP address from your network provider. There are both encrypted and unencrypted network connections. For encrypted connections, you will need to enter the predetermined connection password. You can start your connection after entering the correct password. In unencrypted connections, you can access networks directly with the help of IP addresses without needing any password. Encrypted connections generally provide a better network service. In unencrypted connections, the network quality is lower than encrypted ones.
