11-12 Year Old Sandwich Recipe

Children who want to play by jumping and hopping like their friends remain passive compared to others due to their excess weight, and this can affect their inner world mentally and have psychological effects in the future. Parents play a big role in children's eating habits. We should direct 11-12 year old children towards healthy eating rather than fast food habits, and save them from gaining excess weight and contracting obesity, the disease of our time. Children may get bored of exercising like adults; directing them towards sports activities they love more can be healthier. Activities they can do to be social and protect their health also provide psychological support to children. As parents, we should be role models for our children with what we eat and drink, and research ways to feed them healthily. We should prepare a healthy diet list for children.
