Samples are Taken from Products.
For the TSE Certificate issued by the Turkish Standards Institution, an application must be made by the company official. If an application is made with the necessary documents, the production facilities of the company producing the products subject to the application are visited by experts within a maximum of 1 month. During this visit, it is determined whether the production facility or facilities comply with the determined standards. If the facility or facilities are found to be in compliance with the standards, samples are taken from the products and sent for experiments and tests. As a result of the tests and experiments conducted in the laboratory, the suitability of the product or products is determined. TSE Certificate is issued for products that meet the specified quality standards.
The Validity Period of the Certificate Can Be Extended.
The validity period of this certificate is 1 year for all companies. At the end of 1 year, the validity period of the certificate will be extended. If it is observed during the controls carried out at intervals determined by the Turkish Standards Institution that the company maintains its quality standards, the validity period of the certificate will also be extended. After the certificate is earned, the facilities are inspected in all routine controls. In addition, samples may be taken from production facilities or from sales points where the product is sold and subjected to testing. Companies that always maintain the desired standards do not carry the risk of losing their certificates.
